Nomination Information for Board Positions
January 27, 2025
In preparation for the upcoming Annual Meeting on April 7, 2025,
nominations are in order for three open positions on the Board of Directors
of Keenan Water Supply Corporation (KWSC). Only current KWSC
members may be nominated. Nominations must be submitted to KWSC
on or before February 5, 2025, either by U.S. Mail (mailing address on the
top of this notice) or by mail drop on the front door of the KWSC building
(located on Chapel Drive inside the 177 Lake Estates Subdivision).
Each elected director will serve a three-year term.
If you or a member you know wishes to be considered as a candidate for a
position on the Board of Directors, please complete the enclosed
“Application for Board of Directors Position” and submit it to the
Corporation prior to the deadline of February 5, 2025. Remember, the
nominee must sign the nomination form. KWSC requests that each nominee
submit a short biography of themselves on the reverse of the completed
nomination form.
